In general customer service is all about making the consumer experience better, and banks are no exception. The goal is to keep customers happy, earn their loyalty, persuade them to use your service more, and most importantly, reduce the cost of service. In the current COVID-19 situation, transparency and clarity are two additional features of a great customer experience. In addition, the use of digital tools and other new products is also part of the customer experience. This deadly disease has caused retail banking to evolve into an entirely new environment and requires it to adapt to a digital-first mindset.

Papa further mentioned that the bank has made around 8,500 loans to businesses with more than 750,000 employees, combining business services, dealerships, private and commercial banking businesses.
